By accessing or using KF Digitals services, including our website templates, hosting plans, and related tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

KF Digitals provides website design templates, custom web development, managed hosting, maintenance plans, and related digital services. Service availability and features may vary by plan.

3. Accounts & Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account or purchasing services.

4. Template Purchases

• Template purchases are one-time fees granting you a license to use the template for one website
• Templates require an active hosting & maintenance plan to remain live
• Customization data submitted through our tools becomes part of your template content
• Preview customizations are stored for marketing and follow-up purposes

5. Hosting & Maintenance Plans

Hosting plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds are provided for partial billing periods. If your hosting plan lapses, your website may be taken offline until the plan is renewed.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

KF Digitals retains ownership of all template designs, code, and proprietary tools. You receive a license to use purchased templates for your business. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense our templates.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to interfere with the operation of our systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

KF Digitals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to hosted services will cease, but you may request an export of your content data.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or site notification.
